What is the toolkit for?
The purpose of this publication is to share reflections, successes, and key learnings from the Frame, Voice, Report! project. FVR was a funding scheme that supported projects aimed at engaging EU citizens in action on the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
What does the toolkit contribute?
The publication includes both theoretical approaches and practical case studies on engagement work supported by the fund, drawing on experiences from civil society organisations across Europe.
What can the toolkit be used for?
It can be used to find inspiration from civil society organisations that have worked to engage citizens around the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as a source of ideas for new ways of approaching familiar challenges.
The material is in English. The report was first published in 2020, but the methods and approaches remain highly relevant and useful today.

The toolkit was developed by CISU – Civil Society in Development as part of the Frame, Voice, Report! project.
