In 2022, CISU and the Roskilde Festival Foundation formed a consortium that jointly manages the OpEn Fund. In addition, Democracy X and The Why Foundation act as sparring partners in developing the fund and creating joint activities that strengthen public information and civic engagement efforts in Denmark.
Achieving sustainable results in engaging and informing Danes who are not yet interested in global development requires new approaches and new partnerships. That’s why we’ve taken the lead by forming a partnership that brings together a civil society organisation, a festival, a documentary production company, and a social enterprise.
